You are viewing Shared with me as the client — not as the contractor who manages the work.
From this space you track work orders, approve quotes and invoices, and communicate with your contractors.
Why a project appears here
Section titled “Why a project appears here”A project appears when a contractor has listed your email as the project client and enabled portal access.
Without that access you see nothing: the contractor decides, project by project. This is the guest portal, seen from your side.
Your projects as a contractor
Section titled “Your projects as a contractor”They are not here. To manage the jobs where you are the contractor, go to Projects in the main menu.
This is the most common confusion: Shared with me shows what has been opened to you, Projects shows what you manage.
Guest account
Section titled “Guest account”With a guest account you only have access to Shared with me.
To manage your own projects as a contractor, switch to a business account for free: the button is on your account card, at the bottom of the menu. You will need a valid Swiss business identification number (UID).
